Submit a request regarding your personal data

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing, and receive a copy of your data in a portable format. Use this form to submit a verified request to Sisstent.ai.

Response time: We aim to respond within one (1) month of receiving a complete and verifiable request. If requests are complex or numerous, we may extend by two further months and will notify you.

What you can request

• Access (Art. 15): A copy of your personal data we process.
• Rectification (Art. 16): Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure (Art. 17): Deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”).
• Restriction (Art. 18): Temporary pause on processing under certain grounds.
• Objection (Art. 21): Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Portability (Art. 20): Receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.

Note: Some rights may be limited where we must retain data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

Verification

To protect your privacy, we must reasonably verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We may contact you for additional information if needed. If you are acting on behalf of another person, you must provide valid authorization.
